Product guarantee
According to EU legislation, the consumer is granted a 2-year warranty (legal warranty) as protection against defective goods.
Return a product
If your order does not satisfy you, you have 10 working days from receipt of the package, to inform us of your intention to send back one or more products. You will have 10 working days from reception of our confirmation to return your package. If the return is made after the expiry of this term, our Service Returns will be entitled to refuse the package and send it back to the sender.
Return Procedure
Contact our Customer Care at support@overal.eu, notify the order for which you want to return the goods. Prepare your return order. Select a package or re-use the original carton to send via a courier of your choice. We’ll provide the address to which to send the package. Enter inside the package the item in its original packaging (eg cellophane), the invoice and all that is indicated by the customer care. If you are changing pairs of glasses, please do indicate on a sheet of paper what model you are returning and which one you would like in exchange. Please not that price differences may vary.
If the reason for return is caused by our mistake (such as a defective item), after verification of our customer service, we will send our courier of confidence that will allow you to send back the products without paying postage. In other cases, the costs and risks related to the products are charged to the customer.
Refunding
Refund will be made within 2 to 8 days, depending on the payment method. If you used a deferred debit card, the refund will be made by the end of the current month. In cases where the reimbursement times are longer than expected, you should contact your bank. If your order has been confirmed with the help of vouchers, these will be returned automatically. In any case, the refund to your bank account will take precedence over the vouchers, the latter will be returned to you at a later time, to complete the refund amount.
Refund of customised products (e.g. lenses)
In the case of customisation of the glasses (anti-reflection lenses, anti-blue light lenses, etc.), the refund to the customer will only concern the price of the glasses, while the cost of customisation will not be refunded.
